I've been here four times and i have nothing but good things to say about my experiences. They didnt just try to sell me the most expensive items, they asked questions about my music style, what i use (ipod, tapes, cds) and determined the item that is the best fit for me. I really like that theyre not just out for your money but they actually want you to be as happy as possible with your system.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I spent $700 through this horrible company and got nothing but a door shut in my face. I got my windows tinted, a new stereo put in, and a sub woofer installed. Do not buy a new stereo deck from here! What may seem like a good price is actually horrible!. They have had to fix my deck 4 times! and it still messes up my whole dash. There are gaps everywhere that were not previously there. They refused to fix this problem the last time I went in there and ended up telling us to leave. They obviously do not abide by their year installation warranty. That will have to be settled in court. My window tinting was just as bad of a job. My passenger rear window started pealing and bubbling within two weeks of getting it done. Just recently I got my sub woofer and amp installed that I already owned. You might wonder why I would go back to the people that have no clue about what they are doing. Simply because I HAD to. Apparently if you even touch your deck, which is what you need to do to install your amp yourself, then they void the warranty. Which I now know illegally do not follow. Anyways. they charged me $130 to install it! For all the inconvenience guess what I got? A whole $10 off. He actually stated that I could go buy a sandwich with that money. Obviously mocking his own minimalistic discount. That doesn't even cover the gas money it took me to get down there 4 times. I also had to leave my car there overnight twice. The other two visits took a couple hours of waiting. This place has by far the WORST customer service I have ever seen. They also have no idea what they are doing. This place should be closed down before more people are ripped off. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

June 8th 2009, I had a stereo deck, alarm with keyless entry, sub with amp, and 4 speakers installed.. in my 1978 ford crew cab, everything looked good and worked after the 4 days of install, then the truck sat in storage till the weather was good, apon start up after a few months of sitting, the dash lights wernt working nor was the amp kicking on, I tried to follow the problem and I saw relays, the alarm box and all sorts of wires just hanging freely under the dash, under further inspection i saw wires with no ends or tape on them, pieces that were spliced and never taped back up, and other issues that didnt seem right for electrrical equiptment, on feb 18th 2010 i called so they could look at the issues and repair, they had the truck for 3 days and when I finally got a call they said that they didnt see any issues therefore they didnt need to repair, however they said that the sub box was too big and the seat needed to be moved forward, I told him that they installed it and they should of noticed this when they did....I then left...apon getting back to work I noticed the alarm was now not working, and the alarm box was hanging down under the dash...I called and asked to speak to the owner, they informed me that the owner didnt talk to customers and that I had to speak to the manager, he told me to bring it down and he would look at it, so I then took off from work and went back to Cartunes at 2450 santa rosa ave santa rosa ca 95407 707 5468585, one of the guys run to my truck to see what the problem was and before I could tell him he pushed me out of the way and was in my truck, I went in to finf the owner and I was told again I cant talk to him he doest deal with the publick I had to deal with the manager, they informed me that he wasnt availible and they insisted if I continued to ask I would be told to leave... I asked for the business liences and seller permits and they did not have any valid ones posted... I asked again for the contact info of the owner and they told me to take my truck and they werent going to do the repair work...
