Casa Bella Apartments

Bella Casa Apartments was founded in 2010, and is located at 16980 Nisqualli Rd in Victorville.

This place is both Good and Bad. They recently changed managers for what I don't know , but I have my suspicions. I hope the new management works a little harder at keeping the riff raff out. But it is sec 42 housing so you're going to attract that type. Yes their are IDIOTS that bump their house music or car music at 2:00 am and cars that have their CAR ALARMS set too sensitive so they go off at all hours. I think I live on the high rent schedule side, so it isn't so bad ,my immediate neighbors aren't too bad, except one who likes to talk loud when they walk out to their car, and their car alarm always go off when they open their car door. The north side of the apartments is where I always see the cops go to investigate whatevers going on back there. Alot of kids are in the streets playing and making noise. Most people I talk to that live on the west side and north side of the apartments, have problems with gang members living on that side. Always parties and hoodlums lurking about. My side isn't too bad, I only see those types when they jump the fence to get to popeyes chicken/arco. The apartments aren't bad, a little dirty around the window sills when I moved in, I don't think they cleaned them. Noticed alot of people wearing red so it makes me wounder.

PS Didn't really investigate the area before I moved in, so once I got here I was immediately of the frame of mind that I would move out within a year. My wife basically stopped unpacking and setting up house. She said "why were proably going to leave as soon as the lease is up".
