We researched many companies and had many quotes/bids before settling on Cascade Pools. Jim and his team walked us through everything from start to finish. We had a variety of special requests which other companies would not complete, but Cascade would. He was very clear on how "messy" putting a pool in will be and ensured we understood the timeline. We had one small issue with a part going bad, and Jim fixed it within 24 hours. Jim has even followed up in the months since our pool was built to ensure we are happy and to see if we have any questions. Our pool is beautiful and well built. We would highly recommend Cascade Pools.

If want stressed out and put to a point of major violence, go with Cascade Pools. Jim Block is a Scumbag, Two Bit Hustler. He will blow sunshine up your tail to make a Sale. He will even show up for the first two days of the construction, then ghost town. The job will be half done and forgotten. They move onto another and he will not answer you calls or text. This will go on for months. DO NOT HIRE THIS POOL COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I almost went to jail over these clowns because I had to resort to thug tactics.

Paid cash for inground pool upfront. Work was slow. Had to replace A/C unit due to carelessness. Driveway cracked with machinery. Wrong materials were used. Sub showed up drunk and insulted us. Lastly did not fulfill contract. Did not deliver safety items nor pool cover per contract. Tried numerous times to contact company just to get contract fulfilled. Do not use this company.
