After deflating a breast implant and returning to my original surgeon for correction only to end up with two horrifically different sized breasts, I elected to have Dr. Joseph Castellano perform the corrective surgery needed so that the width, diameter, volume, nipple height, etc. matched from one breast to another. I knew going into surgery that I couldn't walk away with anything worse than I already had, but glory to all that is good!!!...Castellano artistically reconstructed my breasts, leaving me with the most beautifully perfect results I could have ever wished for. Having had two prior breast augmentations, I did not believe it was possible to achieve the cleavage, slope, etc. that I wanted.
