Very Biased! Racist even:
Very Biased and Racist! My mom used to take us to Cathay Pacific a lot when we were kids, so the other day my mom, my daughter, and I thought we’d stop by.
Usually I don’t leave reviews but I had to. When we went immediately we did not feel welcome and yess these people are very biased and do not take care of you like they take care of other (Races) I kid you not!!!
We came in no greetings nothing so we had to seat ourselves, lady came to the table gave us this ugly paper menu that had only half the food items listed... I had to get up to ask for 2 more menus and the one with all the items like the other tables had. we had no water at our table , I had to get up (again)and ask for it , the other table next to us full of whites they had came in after us and immediately the same waiter brought them water and full menus without them even asking for it.
When I went to the front the guy gave me a mean stare and moved away from the register with an attitude and never came back never apologized or even helped with what I asked.. We paid for our food and just took it to go and left... even asking for a to go plate was a problem and promise you there were only 2other customers wasn’t busy..front desk guy he stared at us never apologized for any inconvenience Nada.. even my 8yr old said “mommy I don’t think they like us why did we leave them tips?”
Traumatic experience... Ill never be back here again!!
