Consuelo Mexican Bistro features a traditional and diverse Mexican cuisine. The complex flavors from the kitchen are complimented with creative drinks, selected Tequilas, beer and wine from the bar. Special brunch items are offered Sundays from 10am to 1pm, and include huevos rancheros, tamales and seasonal fruit salads. All regular menu items are offered as well.

A kids' menu featuring more traditional dishes like quesadillas and chicken breasts is available.
