We made the mistake of not checking reviews prior to booking this vendor for our daughters wedding. (be warned, some of the positive reviews on the Internet sound as though the owner wrote them) The cake offered at the Bridal Show was moist and delicious, and the representative there was kind and professional as we made our first and last "impulse" buy for our daughters wedding. That was the last we saw of professionalism and fresh cake from this vendor. If you do use them, please take it upon yourself to write down what you want the cakes to look like and say. The owners felt the only paperwork necessary for our order was the bill. If you select the cake on page 18 that says "Happy Birthday Betty", that's exactly what you are going to get, even if the birthday is for Richard and you tell them so. The cakes delivered were not the cakes ordered, and disappointingly didn't taste fresh. After much discussion (only when they would reluctantly return our calls) we were offered a replacement cake. Since I don't have a lot of use for a cake for 200 people, I declined their offer. I preferred to have what I paid for the day it should have been delivered properly and freshly. I could add much more, but I doubt the majority of readers could believe the extremely unprofessional behavior exhibited by this vendor. Dealing with this vendor tarnished what was one of the most beautiful events in our lives. Please be cautious who you choose to retain for your wedding. We broke the cardinal rule of not using a vendor who was referred to us. We won't make that mistake again.
