They were 2 1/2 hrs late for my once in a lifetime special 50th birthday party for my husband. They never called to say they would be late. They showed up in the middle of the party trying to salvage their mistake. Everything was pathetic. I was so embarrassed in front of my guest. They were running around like a chicken with their head cut off. I did not get half of the balloon arrangements. No cake arch. They broke my pot because they had to move it because they cheated me the width of the balloons for the arch. Balloons popped inside and they never replaced them. No customer service at all. Everything is an excuse and everybody and everything else's fault. From maybe too hot or maybe too windy. Never the fact they were rushing because they were so late. They do not return phone calls like the other complaints from other people.
