Let me start by saying that I'm usually not the type to go online and write negative reviews. We used this limo service for my cousin's wedding last weekend. We originally agreed to pay an additional $75 for the driver to pick up the groom and groomsmen 30 minutes ahead of time (6:00 instead of 6:30). The groom and groomsmen weren't picked up until 6:15, which wasn't that big of a deal. But since we were being charged $75 for the early pickup, we called to see if we could get the fee reduced to $35 since the driver arrived only 15 minutes early instead of 30 minutes early. The man who answered the phone was SO incredibly rude. I honestly couldn't believe how he was speaking to his customers. He told us that WE needed to take the issue up with HIS driver! Then he hung up on us mid conversation! It was so extremely ridiculous and uncalled for. Absolutely NOT the way to treat your customers, especially when those customers are coming to you with totally reasonable concerns. I couldn't believe how calm my aunt was being during the conversation, because I could feel my insides heating up with anger at just how unnecessarily rude, abrasive, and condescending this man was. The drivers were nice guys, but the guy in charge was just unbelievable. He was not only a bully, but a complete a**hole. Do yourself a favor and find a different limo service for your special events, preferably a limo service that's run by a decent human being.
