Central Market found a home in 2003 in the handsome circa 1920 brick Maclay Building, located adjacent to the Petaluma River in the heart of historic downtown Petaluma. Slow food, Good served. The rich bounty of this agricultural region provides our mostly Mediterranean menu with seasonal dishes. I use the finest local products available - from fresh fish and meats, to right off the farm produce.
