Had a little problem with a piece of equipment. I called on a Saturday morning panicked; I spoke to CHRIS and she got me in touch with Jessie. He put me on hold for a minute and came back to tell me he’s having a service technician out the same day. Ryan shows up shortly thereafter and replaced the unit. I cannot stress how kind and compassionate all three staff members were. I was very impressed and felt the need to share my story. I would absolutely recommend this company for medical supplies and equipment. Very reliable. Good move on Hospice’s part for hiring them. You need compassionate people when loved ones are ill.
