My experience was most unfortunate. This nail tech was extremely aggressive, unhappy with the fact that I chose to get regular nail polish on my acrylics. I like gel on my toes because acrylics grow out every week and a half. She aggressively completed a refill, cutting me several times, I mean she finished in 20 minutes I never seen nails finished so fast. I observed her with the person she was with before me and she took her time. When it came down to painting my nails she rushed through it, left streaks on every nail, when she realized she nicked one of my nails she yelled at me, yes, raised her voice. I never experienced such bad service its sad. She painted it over, had me dry all of my nails away from the chair and refused to add a clear coat. When she saw I wasnt aggressive and sat down to wait for my sister she offered to paint them as I sat in the waiting area. At that point I couldnt handle the idea of her touching me again. Very unprofessional, very rude, very unfortunate as I love to support small business and tip after a job well done. The bar here is very low. 10/10 don’t recommend.
