This place is a joke. As a renter, the negative experiences I've had are too numerous to mention. People have been sent over unannounced, once using a key to come in....while I was in the shower. That's just the tip of the iceberg. I've also been a landlord (though thankfully I managed the properties myself) and from what I can tell they don't benefit the owners either.
