Century Rentals

I recommend that every person that has issues with this company to field a civil Court-Small Claims- its only $30.00...........................................

Century Rentals are refusing to refund the total of $190.00. For a service I didn't use..............
I just want my money back, for the total of $190.00. That's not including all the time I wasted and gas. If they don't do anything to refund the total I paid off $190.00 I am filing a Civil Court. Overall, I was in their office on Thursday 01/17/13 @ 5:30pm, I change my mind so I went back on Friday @ 9:00am for a refund that was less than 24 hours for a refund. They said they couldn't do it. And the day before Karla and Sandra two people that work for the company told me that was refundable. Overall am getting charge for a service i never got .

This place is filled with liars and cheats, i heard they are being sued. The user named cindy works there! and lied to give this company a better rating than what it deserves a 0 star!

It boggles the mind how this place remains open. They will never return your calls or your money when requesting a refund. They just print out rental ads and make YOU do all the work. HORRIBLE customer service Cindy and Michelle will make up lies and give you the run-around. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID!

I went there in Sept 2012. They were pulling listings up off of craigslist, which I could do without driving to their office and had been doing, that's how I knew. None of the property owners ever where there to meet me when the people from Century Rentals said they would be, which makes me wonder if they actually ever talked to the property owners. I gave them 190 dollars to get me into the house. When I found a house on my own, they claimed I needed to wait 90 days to get my refund. When the 90 days was up, they told me I could not get my refund because I did not drive to their office twice a week to pick up their weekly listings, keep those listings, and then give them back to them when the 90 days was up as it says in their contracts. This place is a total scam run by incompetent con artists. It is people like them who make life hard for decent people with real jobs that actually make society better. I think the post on this site under "Cindy" that says simply that their customer service is great, is actually one of the women who works there. Do not go there unless you like wild goose chases and having your money taken by mean crooks. Do not do business with them, and push those crooks out of Pomona. I had to give them a single star rating just to post, but they do not deserve it. If I was rating them for their crookedness, five stars.
