frightening contractor send by Ceva:
I had scheduled a pickup from Ceva. They send this man Chinemi E. My pickup was scheduled in a 4 hour window. The driver called me 2 hour into the window and told me this:
1. Why did Ceva scheduled a pick up in this timeframe! -
How would I know that? and why was he compalining to me anyway?
2. The driver told me that I should go out and do run errands since he could not come in this timeframe!
3. He told me he did not know what items he was picking up! He said he just had the total weight of the item listed on the paperwork given to him.
4. I asked him what time can he come- after beating around the bush, he told me 3 pm. - I said okay.
I called the Ceva office and explained to them that I had 3 items to be picked up and told them what they were. The person there was cooperative and told me that the driver would give me a paper that would say what items he was picking up. I also asked them if I could write down any missing information on that piece of paper. The Ceva guy told me that was okay.
When the driver came he was shouting at me loudly. He was waving a piece of paper in my face. It was scary. I asked him to show me the piece of paper he and he kept shouting at me. I was 1 thought away from calling the cops.
I asked him why was he doing this but he would not answer me directly.
I called Byron at ceva on my phone and asked him if I could put the order number on the receipt the driver would give me( which he told me was same as reference number) since this was 1 piece of information missing from th epaper Mr Chineme E was showing me or really waving at my face.
he said yes.
I gave my mobile to this driver - Chineme E so he could talk to Byron and after 1 or 2 senteces with Byrin, This obnoxious, rude, scray driver Chineme E stormed out of my house and called Byron from his truck.
Then he came back and he was still shouting at me in my house. Again I was 1 thought away from calling the cops.
I tried to explain it to him My mother was there and This driver Chineme E. kept on shouting. She even told him to calm down. It was scary. I did not feel safe in my own house.
It was a very bad experience. The driver"s name was chineme E.
Ceva Logistics should not hire this (contractor) driver Chineme E. and send people like him to customers houses. This man is very scary, obnoxious, and very rude. This is no way to do business.
