Dr. Carol is fantastic, aside from being a local Chagrin Resident for last 25+ years, she is an ace veterinarian. I brought my dog Marley to doctor because he was scratching all over after he came in from the yard. Dr. Carol was able to treat him the same day i called, (a Saturday and there was no emergency fee). As soon as you walk you feel the warm from the staff and the personalized service you receive is second to none. Ill be going back whenever Marley has a problem. Thanks Dr. Carol
