Chef Jia's Restaurant Review:
Though it adheres to the Formica-and-linoleum school of decorating, Chef Jia’s serves first-rate, inexpensive Chinese food. Perennial favorites include spicy string beans with yams, moo shu dishes and a braised whole fish. Service is friendly and helpful.
Editorial Review:
Locals frequent this Chinatown restaurant for spicy Hunan specialties at rock-bottom prices.
