For its size I think Cavenaugh's is wonderful. I go there frequently for breakfast. The interaction I have had with the staff has always been possitive, and I highly recomend it. It doesn't have the selection of Panera bread, and it doesn't need to. It is a small friendly bakery.
I was very disappointed in this cafe. I found the food to be lacking and the service was terrible. The cafe was filthy. The coffee was bland and the bagels were undercooked.
