Dr. Yim is great... Her staff is not...:
Dr. Yim is a wonderful and understanding doctor. We have had her as our children's Pediatrician since both of our boys were born. We've recommended several people to her in the past and they are very satisfied with her as their Doctor. I wonder why such a great doctor would surround herself with such a rude and unhappy nursing staff. For over 3 yrs we have had to deal with the nurses and they have treated my wife rudely on a number of occasions. I checked another site that reviews Doctor's and the other review's said the same thing about the staff. We are now looking for another Pediatrician. Being a member of the asian community and the referrals by friends and family within this tight knit community, Dr. Yim will be busy with or without a friendly staff. We just think it is worth the $75 payment for a Dr. visit with a friendly experience, than the $20 co-pay to a office that when we leave we have to explain to our 3yr. old why Mommy is so upset at the rude nurses. If the nurses come with the clinic that she works at, I would recommend that she and Dr. Colo move their practices somewhere else.
