"This enthusatic educational toy and gift store for babies to about 14 is a hidden treasure on the North Shore. It is the only "Specialty" toy and children's gift store nearby that is open on Sundays year round. The huge inventory is that of a much bigger store and the knowledge and helpful service of the staff is just the very best.. They clearly love their jobs and they are genuinely welcoming to all the kids (No "Don't touch" warnings here!) They even have a sign on the door that says something like "All are Welcome! Bare feet, Ice Cream, Cats & dogs, Children, long hair, short hair, no hair, and small dragons" or something close to that. You can really see the influence of the owner& teacher (ask for Markie) in the thoughtful selection, from classic toys to the offbeat and unusual... There is free gift wrapping to boot, & they ship! After going there for several years, my girls outgrew the place. But then they added a section for tweens and back we went!"
