Since 2010, The Chimney Guy Llc has been providing Chimney Cleaning from Simsbury.

I recently called around to get quotes from many chimney companies to do an inspection because I am selling my home. The Chimney Guy greeted me with a live person with customer service skills and not an answering machine like the others. Next, the owner personally came out to my house and gave me a full inspection within just a few days. He was thorough, honest with what was actually needed and he had his crew out 2 days later to perform the work. The owner, again made periodic checks on his crew to make sure things were going smoothly and he was in touch with me to make sure I was happy with the job. I felt very comfortable with my decision to use the Chimney Guy because he didn't make me feel like I needed more than I did and he seemed to really appreciate my business. I will be calling the Chimney Guy for all of my chimney needs and I refer him to everyone I know!
