Why are your people so petty? By law, you all are not supposed to make loud noises before 7 AM. It's simple. The other businesses in the area know what they're supposed to do and don't start before 7 AM. I've talked to you all personally, but apparently you think it's a joke. When the police get involved, you get your feelings hurt. Turning on and off four or five pieces of machinery at 6:53 just to turn them on is a dangerous game. Doing a task at 11:30 pm, which is legal, but slamming things around, which you don't normally do when you're doing this at other times to "stick it to me?" is silly. I've lived here long enough to know what machines you guys use and don't use and when, so you're not fooling anyone. I suggest you stop the nonsense.
