Celeste Chocolat is located at 652 Transfer Rd in Saint Paul and has been in the business of Miscellaneous Personal Service since 2010.

Besides truffles and toffee, this is also the place to find rare single-source chocolate brands such as France's Michel Cluizel, Venezuela's El Rey or Italy's Irca.

Truffles come nestled in black lacquer-esque topped boxes, tied in silky black ribbon with a tiny, shiny star.
