Chop Shop Salads - Downtown Louisville Restaurant

We opened our first downtown Louisville restaurant location downtown two years ago in the spring of 2009. Our first restaurant was built out of an old shoe repair shop with our own bare hands. After one intensely hectic and successful first year, we found the time to start construction on our second location in St Mathews. Six months ago we finished and opened our doors in 2010.
