Terrible. Inconsistent. Was The Dog Spa (who I hated), but changed name and moved to Bergenfield to escape horrendous reviews. I didn't realize this until my dog received another bad cut. If these groomers are licensed, then we have to ask ourselves who is regulating them. First cut was good so I tried again and next cut was lousy, from the same person. Then I did some research and found out they were previously The Dog Spa and then I understood. Stay away from these people. It's only a matter of time before they have to close, change their name and move again. Any good review must be from a first timer, but inconsistency will reign supreme!
