Great shop!:
I took my Buick Rendezvous to this shop to have an 02 sensor replaced. Chris replaced it quickly and charged me less than I thought he should have. The people at this shop were very nice and honest. I am glad that I didn’t read these reviews before going to this shop because I may not have used it. I will continue to use this shop!

Victimized by Chris' Auto Repair-read especially if you are female:
Please read all of this story before taking your car to Chris. He called me a b*&^h and held my car until I paid him $300 in cash. My younger sister had taken her car to Chris a couple of times, so I drove 40 min to take my car there for a tune up.It was only going to take a couple of hours. Chris called me around 1 saying that the bolt on my head gasket was cracked and that he needed to replace it, so I said ok. A little before 5 Chris calls and says that he can't find the bolt and that a guy from a different auto shop was going to the wrecking yard the next day and would get the part, so I say ok and am stranded overnight in Burleson.Next day 12:30 I call, his mom answers and says that the guy is supposed to be back from the wrecking yard with the part by 1 and then it will take 30 to 40 minutes to fix my car, I say ok. I call back around 2 the mom answers. The guy hasn't come back from the wrecking yard and they don't even know if he's gone to the wrecking yard yet. I ask her if she knows if I'll get my car before the weekend, and she says she doesn't know. I tell the mom that I wish they would have found out before taking the bolt out if a replacement bolt was available because I would have taken my car to a place in Euless so I would have been able to be at my own house while my car was worked on.The mom says, "So you think this is OUR fault?" and I said, no, my car was broken before I took it there, I'm just saying I wish Chris would have found out more about the bolt before he took it out so I could have done that part of the repair in Euless. Then I asked her if she could call the other auto guy to see if he was planning on bringing the bolt soon so they could tell me if my car was going to be in Burleson all weekend. Now I think every car owner has the right to know something like that, especially since I would be needing to find a ride back home. Well, the mom says that she's already told me everything she can and that I can just talk to Chris. So, I say ok. I thought maybe Chris would be able to give me more information. I wait a minute, I guess his mom was explaining the situation and when he picked up the phone he said, "What do you want B*#@h?" I really though at that moment that he must think one of his friends was on the phone and was joking around just because that response was completely unwarranted, so I just said "what?" and he said "What do you want, you made my momma cry!" And I said "I didn't say anything rude to your mom or even raise my voice, and all I'm asking is if y'all will be keeping my car all weekend. I think I have a right to ask that" Chris response with "You keep calling here and harassing my mom and we don't know when we'll get that part, so we'll call you when your car is done and don't call here again!" and then hangs up on me. I really couldn't believe what had just happened. It was like a nightmare. He has my car, I couldn't call, who knows what he was going to do to my car, I mean, it was just so horrible, I was helpless. Ten minutes later(although they hadn't had the bolt ten minutes earlier AND had said it would take 30 to 40 minutes to install the bolt and put everything back together) Chris calls and tell me "come pick up your car and bring $300 cash" I told him I didn't have it in cash and was planning on paying with a visa. He said "bring cash or you don't get your car". What could I do? I went and got the money and took it to the shop. His mom and dad were in the front. His mom walks up and says "sorry things got out of hand" and I said "I never said anything rude to you or even raised my voice" and she said "I know, but you kept calling and asking questions I couldn't answer" I said "I don't think that justifies your son calling me the B word" and she said "well that's between you and him" I said "well he is your son" at this point the dad says "yeah, and he's MY son too" So I said "I see y'all did a good job of raising him since he calls women the B word that haven't even done anything and then holds their car hostage for cash" The mom says "he didn't hold your car" I said "well, I had to get cash so I'll have to disagree with you" The dad says "You don't ever need to come here again, we don't want you business!" I said "I would NEVER come here again after the way I was treated" At this point I've paid and am walking out the door, so NOW they try and take the high road and pretend to be good Christians by spitting out "Well God Bless you" sp I said "you tell God to bless your son, so maybe he'll quit calling women the B word" and walked out. Now I don't know if he got that bold the second after hanging up on me and then put everything back together in 10 minutes, but logic makes me think otherwise. Tomorrow I'm going to Christian Brothers auto shop to see if the head gasket was put on with a new bolt or if he just took the money. Either way I'll tell the truth about it, but even if he did repair my car please don't support this business. I am a nice person and I treated him and his mom with complete respect and I can't believe how they treated me. They are really horrible people and I feel like they took advantage of me because I am a small girl.
