Ever had a three-course meal in a church? We hope you get the chance again. Christian's, doubly well named, as it's owned by Christian Ansel (whose culinary pedigree is strong; he's the grandson of a nephew of Jean Galatoire) and occupies a former church, probably won't reopen until at least late 2006.
