Horrendous customer service:
The customer service was just terrible. Their estimates took days longer than other companies, were unfriendly, and basically could not be bothered to handle warranty work and didn't care how they treated the customer since it was someone else who was paying. I think the manufacturer's who send warranty work to Chuck's need to start reading the customer reviews and ratings on the web to prevent unhappy customers. Do yourself a favor, if you have to get anything serviced, find some place else...they'll get it done faster, cheaper, and be a lot more polite to you. If you get stuck with warranty work with them, call your manufacturer and complain and demand another service center.

Bad Service STAY AWAY:
3 weeks ago...one of his techs came to my house to access my tv which would not turn on. He left with the tuner to fix. To date, I have not heard from the tech. and Chuck will not return my phone calls. Oh yeah, the tech. for this area travels from Tallahassee (he doesn't even live here) for service calls.
