This company is no longer called Chungs Auto Repair. They are now called "Alvarado & Glendale Auto Repair". They are "under new management", have changed their name and got a new tax ID, but its the same people runnning the same operation.
I wont go into detail at this time, but suffice it to say that this is the last mechanic on earth that you should go to. By the time things get so bad that you have no other choice BUT to go to this mechanic - you will probably be living like Will Smith in "I Am Legend" and will have no need for a car anyway (except to escape from zombies - which could probably do a better job at fixing your car - once they're done munching on your brains).
By the way - I think that other "Review" (below) is totally fake & written by the owner. What GIRL (named AMY) talks like this:
"The location is great for the busy, busy its located on such a busy street, but for consumers, its a hard street to get in and out of. Nevertheless, Chungs Auto provide fast services and good prices. They didnt try to rip me off just because I am a female, like other places do. Trust them for honest and timely services. Good thing is that theres so many vendors walking around, you can probably grab a bite to eat while you wait for your repair to be completed."
If you look at a sattelite image of the location, the lot is a perfect right triangle.
But if you look at their work - they need to get right. They are not on the level.
