Church Of The Holy Spirit was founded in 1861, and is located at 520 S 18th St in Plattsmouth.

Holy Spirit Parish was formed from two former parishes, St. John the Baptist and Holy Rosary. St. John, the second oldest parish in the Lincoln Diocese, was established 150 years ago. The first church was consecrated in June 1863.
