CIBO is an italian restaraunt that specializes in "coal-fired brick oven pizza." The interior decor is extremely modern but offset by the old-fashioned brick oven. In addition to pizza, they also offer paninis, salads, calzones and their own unique entrees, like pecan-crusted chicken. They are open seven days a week. The restaraunt is located on the northbound side of Route 35.
