CENTRAL DISTRICT— Eric Banh (Monsoon, Ba Bar) hints at his upcoming steakhouse in a new interview with Seattle Mag's Julien Perry, only confirming that the restaurant will occupy a now defunct glass blowing studio near Ba Bar and that it will be "more casual." Perryn Wright, who currently tends bar at Cicchetti, and his wife Desiree, who works front of the house at both La Carta de Oaxaca and Copper Gate, are finally opening a concept they've had in the works for some time. Spring is the goal, says Wright:
