I tried to over 24 hours to get euros for my vacation. Bank manager in Manhattan Village uncaring and inaccessible. Gave information which conflicted with Citibank corporate. I was unable to exchange my own money into euros for my vacation. The manager is horrible!! Use any other Branch but do NOT go to Manhattan Village Citibank if you want any kind of service or attention.
