They lie, cheat and misrepresent:
Horrible customers service. They communicate in legal-ease and lie about their services and what work they have performed. Their vendors aren't friendly either.
They send a message saying they are sorry that expectations aren't met but have yet to show they will care to do anything concrete about it.
Citiscape has horrendous customer service practices overcharge for minimalist services. I don't appreciated being lied to about repair estimates. I've paid paid all my monthly dues on time, yet this month's bill shows an incorrect balance forward amount owed. I don't like being told a repair is amount x only to receive a bill from you 3 months later 500 times that x amount. Then the Citiscape rep lies and denies making the verbal representation I know I heard. It is completely wrong to leave unit owners out of pricing, scope and other repair decisions, make them all your self and then pass on bogus charges to unit owners. I have shown an estimate for the work completed and how it could have been done at least 250X cheaper yet, this is completely disregarded by Citiscape.
