Horrible!!!:
This is about the grooming services....one word...HORRIBLE!
I took my 8 month Yorkie in for a "Trim" and got a cat in return. I spoke to the groomer prior to her appointment and specified what I wanted so I thought she should be ok, right? Wrong. When I saw my poor Yorkie, I thought wait a minute???!!!! Where is my dog? I don't know what the groomer was attempting to do but all I thought was did she mess up while trimming her hair & had to shave her instead? Even worse I actually paid $45 for this...I could have shaved her @ home. The groomer obviously did not know what she was doing. My poor puppy doesn't even look like a Yorkie anymore or even a dog for that matter...she looks like a cat or lion cub....worse of all, I don't like cats (sorry cat lovers). I think she needs more training & needs to learn how to groom yorkies. Hey groomer...have you ever heard of a puppy cut? Needless to say, I will never take my puppy here again. This place gets a one star b/c I can't give it a zero! I really, really regret bringing her here. :-( A million apologies to my puppy, Hershey. I can't wait for her hair to grow back.

An extremely friendly place to go!:
I go there quite a lot and I must say that the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Very personable and caring. You can just go in and chat if you want. They always have a smile for you. Just walking in and saying hello to all the four legged friends really make my day too!
