BEWARE - Never going back:
We used this kennel over Christmas 2008. When I picked my dog up, he was lethargic, but it wasn't until we got home and and he wouldn't jump out of the car that I noticed all the problems he had. There was a deep wound on his hind knee oozing puss, he was dehydrated and had a fever. We picked him up in the evening, the next morning we took him to the vet. They immediately checked him in and kept him overnight for 2 nights. He had lost weight and was very sick. They ended up having to drain all 4 of his legs, which were full of infection. The total vet bill was $1300.00. The owner refused to take any responsibility, did not refund any of her service charge, and did not assist in the medical bills. Rather than being apologetic, she tried to blame us for "a pre-existing condition" despite the fact that he was in her care for 9 days. "Poor" is not nearly harsh enough to describe the service there.

And as a side note, he had stayed there for 2 nights a few weeks before so that we could "test it out" while I was away for business. He seemed fine, but I had asked them to groom him (nd called while away to discuss the best time to groom him) and they never did. I was not charged for a service or anything, but he really needed his ears cleaned, so I was frustrated. If it wasn't so close to the Christmas holiday, with all the kennels booked, they probably would have lost my business right then and there.

Not a place for "concerned" pet owners:
This is not the place if you are genuinely concerned about the welfare of your pet. The owner - Kim has a real issue with having to answer concerned owners questions. She doesn't like repeating herself. I inquired about a sore I saw on my dog when I picked him up, and was told by Kim that I was being too picky and pushy.

Oftentimes, Kim's teenage daughter, and other teenage hires, seem to manage the place in the afternoon.
