This company is completely unprofessional! The ladies at the office are some of the rudest ladies I've ever spoke with on the phone if you can even get them on the phone or to return our phone calls. We were told we had appointments set at certain times to fix things and they had never even called to let us know an appointment had even been made. This team has great reviews on all the websites I've seen but only for people buying or selling. I'm guessing just to get your money they must throw out the niceness but as far as renting it's just awful and stressful.
