Horrible Store:
When we bought four major appliances in the fall of 2008, the salesman emphasized that we were buying from a small-town store that would take care of us. He said places like Home Depot and Lowe's wouldn't be there for us like they could if we needed repairs. Only two years later, the keypad on our over-the-stove microwave suddenly stopped working. Instead of "taking care" of us, we were charged the automatic $59.95 fee for a repairman to come out - even though we live 5 blocks from the store. Additionally, we were charged $20 per 15 minutes of his time - only to be told that the needed repair would cost us an ADDITIONAL $180. No negotiation - no offers of cost-cutting since we were valued customers. Just pay up! This microwave is used with care and should not have needed this major of a repair after a measly 2 years. GE and Clark's should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers! I would highly advice steering clear of this place!
