On January 26 we ordered a couch - we ordered this couch based on the fabric that they showed us was available through Robert Michael. The way a typical furniture would do things - would be to call the manufacture the next business day to verify the fabric is in stock. I don't know if Classic Furniture Gallery did this or not - as we did not receive verification the fabric was not available until mid March. This was after my wife and myself followed up several times. They then proceeded to mislead us and state the couch was "finished" all they were waiting for was the fabric to come in. They they stated the fabric that came in was not the proper "weight" and was not holding the "stitch" - all while supposedly my sectional was on the assembly line waiting for the fabric. It wasn't until I got ahold of Robert Michael myself and verified the couch was not in their system (in other words - it wasn't built). There are just too many stories that do not add up. I then cancelled my sectional - and have placed several phone calls and text messages to Ken at Classic Furniture Gallery attempting to get the down payment refunded. They stopped returning calls. I have now called my credit card company and filed a formal complaint. We'll see what happens next!

Don't shop here. These people are crooks. The reason they can offer really good deals on furniture is that they never actually deliver the merchandise. Sergio offered me a really good deal on a chair that had to be ordered. But I had to pay upfront for the chair to be ordered. Sergio promised me it would arrive in a month. It has been twice that long, and no chair. After a month, I called up and Sergio no longer works there. So I talked to Ken. He swears it was order and should arrive this week, yet each week it doesn't arrive and it becomes next week. I talk to the owner Sam and I get the same story, it will be here tomorrow. They never return a phone call. They don't seem capable of tracking orders and several times have claimed my chair came in, but when I ask them to describe it, it is not the chair I ordered. I learned a very expensive lesson about paying for merchandise before I received it, don't make the same mistake and patronize these crooks!
