I’m a local Realtor and we hired CleanBeez for one of our vacation rentals. Vacation rentals are not very dirty to begin with since guests are pretty respectful and at this particular rental the guests are usually only visiting for a week at a time, it's usually only surface cleaning. Everything was discussed with April by phone before the scheduled cleaning and we were assured that she was familiar with vacation rental cleanings and that we would be very happy. Well, we were not happy. Not only did they miss many basic items – bath tubs were not cleaned at all and had soap scum and hair still on them, the chrome was not polished and left heavily spotted, microwave interior was dirty, sliding glass door was not cleaned and had smudges all over it, shoe prints were left on the tile floors and needed re-mopped, toothpaste was left on the bathroom wall, and so on. But then she also charged us for doing one load of laundry, which she agreed beforehand would not be a problem as long it was only a couple of loads – we left one. They never returned fairly polite emails and calls that only expressed our disappointed and a request for a call back. I never yelled or chastised but just wanted an explanation of what happened, why so many things were missed. And what I received in return was an emailed invoice for the full price, including the laundry overcharge. I never received any response to my emails or calls other than their request to be paid. I will never use this company again and they can be assured that I will never recommend them to anyone.
