Let me be the first to say, I truly detest writing negative reviews. But this company left me no choice. I'm all for small businesses succeeding and doing well, but to be honest, no paying customer deserves to be treated the way I was treated. Not only did they cancel on me twice (one of which was the morning OF the appointment), but when they arrived to do the job, I received an attitude.

Before they left, I wanted to see how clean the carpets were. When wiping a white cloth in the dirty spots (AFTER the job was done), dirt was still coming up. I was told it would take longer than the 45 minutes they were there to clean it and he didn't have the time.

Keith began to raise his voice and actually started threatening to take us to court if we posted anything negative about his company. He was rude, yelling, and out of control. He stormed out of the house yelling at me because we expressed that we were unhappy with what the carpets looked like. As he got into his car he yelled (and I quote) "F*cking scumbags".

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I was gracious the first two times they canceled as I understood there were extenuating circumstances, but I expected results when they finally came. I didn't expect to be called such atrocious names when I calmly expressed the fact I was unhappy with their service. They're not worth the money or the aggravation.
