I am incredibly dissatisfied with my experience with this company. CS cleaned our chimney and "repaired the flashing" in 2011. That "repair" was never done properly, and is now leaking. More recent appraisals by certified roofers assessed that CS just smeared some tar (improperly) rather than correctly fixing the flashing. Being new homeowners, my wife and I were none the wiser until the damage was done. On top of that, Harry Heffner (the owner) was consistently rude to my wife and dismissive of our questions. At the time I felt that this was a regrettable hire but that at least the work was done. Now I know that I was ripped off entirely.
