Total <span class="curse">A@!%!*e</span>.:
1) The jerk off banged me for $110 shipping.
2)He wanted a 15% restock fee on a drop ship. I asked him to send me one from him, he didn't have one said he keeps them in stock. Logic tells me that if you desire to have one of these in stock you would be glad to have mine back.
3) Called me a m@!%!**#~@#!r and an a@!%!*e and said people from "out west" must be all f@!%!*g retards. Guy is real classy. Typical New Jersey a@!%!*e. Please keep your Sopranos/Jersey Shore schtick out of the inland northwest.

Tri State Turbo is a business not a turbo techical support line:
TriStateTurbo - During the coarse of one day we get hundreds of calls for turbocharger replacements and rebuilds price quotes. It is our intention to provide the best pricing and we understand that folks are trying to save money.

However there is a percentage of callers seem to think one shoe fits all with regard to turbocharger pricing. The truth is each turbo is unique and yes sometimes $300 might fit but in most cases this is all internet forum day dreaming given the fact there are 5000+ turbocharger applications.

Response to JOZIE

Then we have the customer like our friend Jozie. What Josie forgot to mention is the fact he owns a 1996 Volkswagen 1.9 Tdi Diesel that was not serviced properly. Jozie also mentioned he purchased his last turbo from a supplier that is known to sell absolute knock off Chinese garbage. Then he tells me the engine in his 1996 VW did not come with a turbocharger and he installed the current turbo that recently failed. I explained that we did not have the turbo instock and Jozie got upset.

We run a business and like our customers we choose the best opportunities to better our business and reputation. In this case management decided this customer would be a LIABILITY down the road and wanted nothing to do with his silly DIY project.

Wanted to argue on the phone:
I found TriState Turbo through a search engine, and saw that the reman turbo prices posted were very reasonable. So, I gave them a call to find what I needed since they had a lot to look through. As soon as the person answered the phone, and without knowing anything about me, this individual told me that I couldn't afford what they were asking, and went on to say that I sounded like I would cause trouble. I hadn't gotten a whole sentence out to this person. I just hung up on him. No sense in arguing. Usually, a person or company list a product or service, and the customer buys it. Simple. Not, the person or company telling you not to buy what they have... Im sure I paid more for the turbo I got, but the next seller I contacted didnt have a problem selling me what I wanted. I dont know anyone from New Jersey, and I got a call from that area code later on. So, call me again if you read this. I would be glad to hang up on you again.
