DO NOT USE....very unprofessional and have failed to complete a deck in almost a year. Hired CMS contractors about a year ago in the summer of 2015 to build our deck. Paid them a substantial amount. It is a year later, the summer of 2016 and our deck is still a construction zone. They ran out of money, we have provided them loans to purchase supplies with the hope that they will finish the job, but they still fail to show up to work and finish our deck. We have been incredibly understanding but are still stuck trying to get these folks to finish our deck. Suing may be our only option but they don't have any money so unlikely that option will make us whole. The only thing we can do is warn others not to use them.
