Ruined one of my aftermarket tuner lug nuts. Said they would buy me a new set of lug nuts. one and a half months later I have to continiously call them to get a resolution. Finally they say they will pay me the price of a new set and when i fax them the print out of the website where I would be buying them they tell me they will only send me the price of 16 lug nuts even though my car takes 20.

would be fine if they were the same ones on my car but those ones are no longer available so now they expect me to put miss matching lug nuts on my car.

not only that but they hang up on me when i try to call them. horrible people, go somewhere else in town.
