Yhm upper:
I ordered an upper on march 31st, 2013. I knew I was not getting this upper in two weeks. People have to under stand the climate out in gun land every body is trying to catch up on all their orders it could take months to get gun parts in. I ordered a barrel from stag arms and it took two months to get it and I felt lucky. So buck up and give them a chance!!!
Great Service, Great Pricing, Great Products:
I do not know why this place is getting bad reviews. I had a wonderful experience with Cobra Tactical and their staff. If I could rate this business a 20 to offset all of you unrealistic a**holes I would. Here was my experience:
I was in the market for an Eotech HHS 1. This is a very expensive and highly sought after by our military and special forces. Eotech makes the magnifiers by hand and supply all government agencies before the civilians. I shopped around and the lead time at OpticsPlanet and Midwayusa were all about the same as Cobra Tactical. Cobra Tactical came in at a better price point then all the competitors. I decided to go with Cobra Tactical. They are an authorized deal for Eotech. I knew I was going to wait to get my order. I put in the purchase in August 2012. Two months ago I called Eotech and talked to the Director of Inside Sales. They informed me that there was a 15000 unit order and had to supply our military and government agencies before civilians. I was told that I should receive my unit in March 2013. The customer service at Cobra Tactical gave me the same information and worked hard to keep me up to date with the status of my order.
I got a call from Cobra Tactical March 7, 2013 telling me that my HHS 1 will be at my door step March 9, 2013. This is pretty close to the projected time frame the Director of Inside Sales told me.
In my opinion, Cobra Tactical works hard to satisfy their customers and provides them with competitive pricing. If you have unrealistic expectations, you will get the same treatment from OpticsPlanet, Midwayusa, and any other online or sporting goods store. If you have unrealistic expectations you should evaluate yourself and not Cobra Tactical.
Good things come to those who have patients.

Can't believe they have any business.:
placed order on Jan 17th. no one ever answers the phone or returns messages. After making at least 8 inquires on status over a 2 week period - I sent an email cancelling. the owner of the company finally responded saying it would be a 25% restock fee. on an item that never shipped. When I pointed that out, this is the email I received:
maybe there is a language barrier. The item you ordered was "SPECIAL ORDER". So it ships when we receive it. Since we have not yet received it has not yet Shipped.
Please refrain from shopping here in the future.

Stay away, bad experience:
This company is not reliable. I ordered a pair of 5.11 pants and after two weeks they still hadn't been shipped. I telephoned the store and was told they would call me back in one hour with an answer. They never called me. I sent them an email requesting an answer and still haven't got a response and still no pants. I also asked for a refund if the product wasn't available. They still have my $54.33 and I still have don't have the product I ordered.
Sent and email and it took a couple days to get an answer. Claimed he was too busy to call and would research my order on the following Monday and call me. Well, that didn't happen either.
FOLLOW-UP April 17,2012.....It was three weeks today and I've been given all kinds of promises for my order. I contacted my credit card company and had my payment to this place reversed and got a credit to my account. Poor Poor customer service or else just a crook. Would like to think just poor service.
