buyer stay away if you like money.:
What can I say thats not wrong with this dealer. I bought a certified pre owned Corvette from then in January for $51,000 after tax and warranty. When I bought the car I noticed it had water spots/acid rain damage and mentioned it to the salesman he stated it just probably needed a good wax/buff so I take the care anyway. After 3 weeks of attempting to fix this issue myself I contacted the dealer in looking for help with fixing it to no success only option I was given was contact GM and start a warranty claim so I did this. GM send out a rep to look at my car and they inspect it at a body shop He states it had acid rain damage and the whole car needs to be repainted and all the windows need to be replaced and GM is not covering it. I then told the rep that it was sold to me this way and he responded that it was ok to be a Certified pre owned and sold like that to me. after this they decided to cut ties with helping me at all and when I brought the car in for other warranty issues they refused to work on my car stating they know nothing about Corvettes and told me to take it somewhere else. The Service adviser Joe told me to come in on a Saturday and he will have a tech ride with me to listen for the noise I was saying the engine was making. I arrive at 12 in the afternoon as we agreed upon and he states all the techs are on lunch and I will have to wait. I wait over an hour and I find out they are not all at lunch and they are joking around out back of the shop where I was standing waiting for them. he finally states he's gonna have someone come for a ride with me then comes back and says they are too busy and have customers (WHO AM I NOT A CUSTOMER?!?) Two weeks later I find a Document from the Certified pre owned guide that dealers use to certify cars that states(if the car has acid rain damage/water marks they must be fixed prior to selling the vehicle) after showing then clearly that someone did not do their job they still refused to help me with anything and refused to accept that anyone screwed up on their end. In the end they bought the car back only after I threaded to seek legal representation on the issue. We agreed upon a number only to find out when I get there they want to give me another number and still they do not accept any self responsibility and threaten to void there offer. After all is said and done I made a $2400 mistake because someone failed to do their job and I have to pay. Ty,Frank and Joe are among some of the most slippery individuals I have dealt with in the car buying business they will admit to nothing and dodge anything you through at them even when you have solid evidence. If you want to do business with a bunch of shady individuals this is the place to do it.Otherwise I would spend your hard earned money at a dealer who actually cares about their customers.
