BEWARE---they talk a good game, but they lie:

Colorado Homes to Show placed tenants in our property. Tenants did not pay their utility bills which resulted in US getting sent to collections. CO homes to Show is full of empty promises and excuses. DO NOT trust them and if you choose to use them, just hope you don't have any issues they need to help you with because they are incapable and will make promise after promise and never deliver
