Colt & Gray is a Chef-driven neighborhood restaurant located in a restored artist’s loft, serving seasonal and sustainable cuisine. Our New American fare is paired with craft cocktails and thoughtfully sourced wines and beer. We offer professional service in a casual and inviting atmosphere.

In honor of the upcoming Father's Day - for the rest of this week - we raise a glass to Denver's chefs who are dads. From Lachlan Patterson at Frasca Food & Wine to Wayne Conwell at Sushi Sasa, Bob Blair at Fuel Cafe, and Paul Reilly at Beast + Bottle, many of our local chefs are dotting fathers who cook for their little ones, teach them to play baseball, and take them to the park or circus.

Today marks the first day of Negroni Week, a week-long celebration of all things Negroni with a charitable goal. From coast to coast and internationally, over 1200 bars are mixing up their favorite Negroni variations and donating a portion of proceeds to a charity of their choice. Local participating bars include Acorn, Basta, Central Bistro + Bar, Glass Half Full, and the Green Russell.
