Authenctic Mexican Cuisine, the Chef Esau Gutierrez makes the mole Poblano the oldfashion way, it is takes two days to prepare the sauce, he use 24 ingridients and spent 4 hours in the kitchen to finish the process. this is the reason why many Restaurant don't prepare mole homemade they just buy from store.
